For our office in Brussels, we’re currently looking for a **System Officer.**

**Functie**:
As a **System Officer**, you are part of the after-sales service (SAV) and you are responsible for coordinating and monitoring the necessary improvements for the proper use of the system by users and management. Your tasks include, among other things:

- Manage coordination between users and developers of the LDS system ;
- **Train and assist users** in operating and updating LDS ;
- **Analyze business needs** (HQ and subsidiaries) to propose appropriate improvements ;
- Manage tickets related to LDS in collaboration with the team ;
- **Provide technical expertise** during optimization projects and/or eventual implementation ;
- Analyze data with subsidiaries and use system data to facilitate decision-making ;
- Update pricing parameters in LPM (LDS Parts Management).

**Profiel**:

- You hold a Bachelor / Master degree or equivalent by experience ;
- You demonstrate excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite ;
- You have good System and IT skills in general ;
- You have experience with an ERP, preferably LDS (or other internal parts and workshop management system) ;
- You communicate easily, both internally and with customers ;
- You effectively manage priorities and do not hesitate to move within the subsidiaries if necessary.
