**Description**

HR Admin Officer you will be:

- Be in charge of the Payroll
- Entering employment data into the company database
- Organising meetings and taking minutes
- Assisting higher-level HR staff with the hiring process
- Setting up recruitment and training events
- Answering any employee inquiries
- Creating staff handbooks and newsletters
- Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
- Updating employee holiday and sickness records

**Profile**
- You have a very good knowledge of English and every other EU language is a plus.
- You have already a first experience as an HR Admin Assistant.
- You have experience with the Belgian system processing payroll
- You have excellent organization and communication skills.
- You are detail-oriented and discreete.
- You know your priorities and are reliable.
- You are diplomatic and you can work in a team and autonomously.
