Api Production Technician

As an API Production Technician, you will produce pharmaceutical ingredients and/or reference standards in a GMP environment. You will be involved in analyzing the robustness of innovative processes on behalf of our internal and external customers.**Responsibilities**:
- You produce pharmaceutical ingredients and/or reference standards in accordance with the instructions on the Batch Record or other document, and in full compliance with applicable GMP procedures and rules.
- You carry out the synthesis experiments and quality controls required for your mission, in compliance with good practices and safety rules.
- You collect results and encode them in work files.
- You manage the laboratory log-books and take the necessary action in the event of any anomaly observed.
- You calibrate the equipment used and ensure its follow-up, maintenance and qualification.
- You ensure that equipment and utensils are maintained and available for analyses and experiments.
- You check items (starting materials, raw materials and production disposables) before production.
- You complete production-related documents.
- You are responsible for document management in relation to production activities (calculation sheets, QC forms).
- You carry out purification, quantification and isolation operations on the finished product.
- You check items and the Manufacturing Batch Record (MBR) at the end of production.
Profile
- You have a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, laboratory technologist or equivalent through experience.
- You have experience in chromatographic purification.
- You have a keen interest in organic synthesis.
- You have excellent organizational, analytical and critical skills.
- You are able to synthesize and analyze.
- You have a good command of English.
- You are familiar with the Office suite.
