**Function description**:

- Manage requests for functional evolutions

**Required experience / knowledge**

2-3 years

**Technical experience**:
**Mandatory**
- In-depth knowledge of IT operating tools as:

- CA Automation SCHEDULER
- MIDDLEWARE AXWAY TRANSFER CFT
- PRODUCTION TOOLS Service Now Knowledge of infrastructures and technical tools as
- LINUX OPERATING SYSTEM
- IT SHELL LANGUAGE
- MIDDLEWARE (ANSIBLE, MQ Series, NGINX,...)
- API MANAGEMENT
- PRODUCTION TOOLS, DYNATRACE
- JAVA/springboot troubleshooting
- User support

**Preferable**:

- Knowledge of IT production resilience procedures: DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan), BCP (Business Continuity Plan), HA (High Availability)...ITIL

**Business experience**:
**Mandatory **

- Knowledge of IT and Cyber security

- Management of production operations

**Preferable**

- Skills to be considered as an asset during the selection process.
