**Functieomschrijving**
Als Team Coach Sales ben jij de spil tussen de medische wereld en ons gedreven sales team.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- Je bezoekt artsen en apothekers in Oost
- en West-Vlaanderen en bouwt sterke, duurzame relaties op.
- Je ontwikkelt slimme en impactvolle verkoopstrategieën die écht resultaat opleveren.
- Je neemt actief deel aan educatieve en wetenschappelijke events - een perfecte kans om jouw netwerk én kennis uit te breiden.
- Je coacht, traint en motiveert het sales team, zodat iedereen zijn of haar volle potentieel benut.
**Profiel**
- Bachelor in biomedische wetenschappen, farmacie of gelijkaardig.
- Minstens 5 jaar commerciële ervaring, bij voorkeur in de farma of medische sector.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
- Je bent een resultaatgerichte teamspeler met sterke communicatieve skills.
**Arbeidsvoorwaarden**
