Join our finance team as a Financial Analyst and play a key role in managing financial operations, reporting, and compliance. You'll oversee accounting processes, tax filings, and financial statements while driving process improvements in a dynamic, multinational environment. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and career growth opportunities in a global organization. This position is to be filled 50% part-time.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Oversee accounting, tax filings, and financial reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with local GAAP and IFRS
- Monitor accounts payables, overdue payments, and reconciliations
- Play a key role in our Internal Control Framework
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and support cross functional projects

**You bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience in financial control, accounting, and analysis
- Excellent communication with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels
- Strong knowledge of financial control processes, IFRS principles, and statutory requirements
- Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous learning and growth
- English is mandatory, SAP experience is valuable
