Jouw Nieuwe functie**
Voor onze klant, een internationaal bedrijf in regio Zaventem, is Hays op zoek naar een enthousiaste Customer Service Representative.
In dit bedrijf ben je dagelijks verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van a-z van internationale klanten. Enerzijds ben je verantwoordelijk als Customer Service voor het verwerken van orders, anderzijds kunnen klanten bij jou terecht met allerhande vragen of problemen. Het contact verloopt grotendeels via mail en daarnaast ook via telefoon. Verder moet er nauw samengewerkt worden met de afdeling Sales en de afdeling Logistiek om termijnen te bepalen en om leveringsmogelijkheden vast te stellen. Bovendien sta je in voor het opmaken van facturen en houd je de klant op de hoogte. Kortom, je doet er alles aan om de relatie met de klant op lange termijn te behouden.
**Jouw profiel**
Onze klant kijkt uit naar iemand die bij voorkeur een bachelor en een eerste werkervaring in Customer Service op zak heeft. Je beheerst het Nederlands, Frans en Engels zowel mondeling als schriftelijk goed. Je bent een veelzijdig persoon met een open mentaliteit. Heb je al ervaring met SAP? Des te beter Je werkt hands-on en bent zeer klantvriendelijk en doet je werk als een echte teamplayer. Ten slotte ben je iemand die graag lange termijn relaties wil uitbouwen.
