**Function**:

- Assist spare parts sales staff by providing technical answers to customer inquiries.
- Contribute to the design and integration of new equipment into existing Rolling Stock and follow up on related projects.
- Monitor 'end-of-availability' (obsolescence) messages for specific material and assess relevance for the Belgium installed base.
- Act as a liaison between sales or project staff and Headquarters' technical departments for maintenance, quality, reliability, or obsolescence issues.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies or techniques that could enhance maintenance services for customers.
- Prepare presentations on specific topics to disseminate knowledge within the company.
- Support sales staff in understanding customers' technical requirements and generate technical or maintenance-related offer documents.

**Profile**
- Positive dynamics.
- Proactive, hands-on approach.
- Effective and comprehensive communication.
- Strong follow-up and structured way of working (Self-management).
- Good practical knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
- Knowledge of German is an asset.
- Strong technical background, preferably in electronics.
- Experience with/knowledge of the railway industry is highly beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of railway systems is a minimum requirement.
- Maintenance experience or Project Management (PM) experience is an asset.
