Our client for whom Axis has been selected, collects used electr(on)isical appliances sustainably and free of charge to give them a new life. By encouraging repair and reuse and organizing recycling, the non-profit organization wants to help reduce the consumption of raw materials and energy. To this end, we can count on numerous partners from the circular chain.
You will be part of a team of enterprising controllers/advisors who are in daily contact with the members of the organization. So you are a real ambassador and stakeholder manager. You work from home as well as in the office and on location at the members/clients.
**Description**
Our client is counting on you to play an important and versatile role within the company. After an intensive 3-month training, you will be ready to take up your position as an auditor and member advisor:
- You will visit our members to review their declarations, related to new electronic devices that they put on the market.
- In doing so, you check that they have applied the regulations.
- These checks enable the client to find out, among other things, which/how many devices are on the market, to be able to report to the government...
- From preparation to reporting, the inspections are entirely in your hands.
- At our client you will have a lot of freedom and independence in your tasks and use of time, because they believe that this is how you get the best out of yourself.
- In addition, you are also an ambassador for the client.
- You inform members when necessary, anticipate possible misunderstandings and answer their questions, comments and possible complaints.
- Based on your experiences, you reach out creative solutions to improve dev service.
- Communication to processors about transport management and pre-invoicing is also part of your duties.
**Profile**
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree.
- You are Dutch
- or French-speaking with a solid knowledge of the second national language, and sufficiently familiar with English.
- You have a driver's license, because you are often on the road.
- You may already have a first or some work experience.
- You are not afraid of working with figures and analyses in Excel.
- You are analytical and accurate in your work.
- You communicate fluently and are a confidential advisor to the members.
- You are flexible and function optimally, both autonomously and in a team.
- You think and act proactively and are aware of your responsibility.
- You combine a large dose of common sense and reasoning ability with a down-to-earth, pragmatic approach.
- You quickly make the right connections and can therefore advise on the business processes that you encounter with the members.
- You are dynamic and you see and hear where you can make a difference.
