We are looking, for one of our clients in Leuven, for an experienced FINANCIAL CONTROLLER.

LOCATION: Leuven + parking.

SALARY: 4500-5500 EUR / month

**Description du profil**:
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Oversight of Accounting: Coordinate and supervise external accountants for the operations in Belgium, the US, the UK, and Lithuania.
- Enhancing Reporting Standards: Spearhead the creation and maintenance of financial reports in Power BI, offering vital insights for strategic decision-making.
- Cash Flow Management and Prediction: Supervise cash flow, predictions, and payments to suppliers.
- Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with the CFO and Business Controller to analyse and plan finances, strengthening the company's financial health and objectives.
- Tax Regulation Compliance: Ensure compliance with VAT, CIT, and transfer pricing regulations.
- Collaboration on Payroll: Work closely with HR to manage payroll accounting.
- Adherence to Compliance Standards: Maintain strict compliance with financial regulations and implement best practices in financial management and reporting.
- Management of Financial Administration: Lead daily financial and administrative tasks using Exact Online, enhancing efficiency and ensuring operational excellence.
- Leadership in Projects: Lead finance or accounting improvement initiatives, such as implementing a global travel expense tool (Rydoo) or harmonizing accounting systems across entities.
- Fulfilment of Fiduciary Responsibilities: Manage fiduciary oversight of incoming invoices and software revenue billing.

- You have a relevant experience of 3-5 YEAR IN AUDIT OR CONTROLLING.

- You can meet deadlines and are HIGHLY ANALYTICAL.
- You are at ease in an INTERNATIONAL CONTEXT.
- You speak fluently in ENGLISH AND DUTCH.
- You are used to with an ERP and reporting tools. They are working with EXACTONLINE & POWER BI.
