For our IT department, located in Brussels, EQUANS (the new name of ENGIE Solutions in Belgium) is looking for an experienced Product Owner ITSM Tooling (with a focus on ServiceNow) and willing to be part of an ongoing adventure.
**As a Product Owner ITSM Tooling you are in charge of**:
defining the appropriate organization for the portfolio you manage
managing the relations with the IT business representatives
defining its corresponding sourcing strategy
defining SLA’s, OLA’s, 3rd party contracts
managing & reporting internally within IT
developing the appropriate roadmap of our ITSM tooling
define the priorities of our backlog and have it continuously delivered
In your role
you hierarchically report within the Digital Platforms department, but your functional scope will be throughout the full IT division
you are considered as a senior delivery expert and as such have impact on our way of working
you are considered as an expert both in ITSM tooling as well as in IT processes. You are the linking pin to make sure that our IT processes & procedures are well translated into our ITSM tooling
your main focus is to have our ServiceNow platform evolve drastically in the upcoming years
Your skills and knowledge
your agile mindset makes it possible that that our ITSM tooling is continuously evolving
you are in charge of having the right mix of profiles in your (virtual) team in order to make this happen
you have a deep understanding of how IT operates, what kind of processes are needed to support its functioning and how this is to be translated into our portfolio of ITSM tools
you preferably have experience in ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow
you have budgeting experience
you show leadership, are communicative and can easily set up the operational networking relations in a complex organization
you can express a vision, translate this into a roadmap and manage its operational roll out
you are pragmatic but also result oriented
you are hands-on oriented
ideally, you speak fluently English, Dutch & French
