**Let’s talk about the job**

In this position you will work at the Global Blue Belgium, and you will be able to provide a high level of customer service excellency to our international customers daily. In addition to that, you will enable the business to achieve the commercial objectives by supporting customers, processing the invoicing coordination following the company’s guideline.

The aim of the Merchant & Diplomat Service Support is to assist the continuous improvement of the Sales team, contributing with the optimization of the processes within the department. You will work closely with your direct colleagues, and you will be an important point of contact for our valuable customers.

**What will you be doing**

On a day-to-day basis you will support the Head of Merchant Services Belgium & Luxembourg working with the after sales operational and administrative processes, using the department guidelines to set up internal systems.

You will be managing the day-to-day operational business, pro-actively ensuring the maintenance of the administration system, responsible for the invoicing coordination process, preparing and sending orders to customers.

You will be involved in exciting new departmental projects to improve the Merchant Services processes and systems and propose solutions to deliver the best customer services to our clients.

You will ensure that Global Blue customers have the best experience possible, no matter what channel they choose to contact us. We take customer service seriously and this position is essential to the Merchant Services Department successes.

On a daily base you will work pro-actively to comply with Global Blue policies, guidelines and procedures, preventing mistakes in refunding.

**Your responsibilities in this role**

In this role you will have several responsibilities including, but not limited to
- Emphasis on driving high customer satisfaction and customers’ requests by, but not limited:

- Invoicing coordination for customers:

- Invoice validation
- Contacting retailers about outstanding invoices (bad debts)
- Assisting with the administrative settings in the internal system
- Contract management (entries and archive)
- Processing, preparing, and sending orders to clients
- Pro-actively involvement in department projects to improve Global Blue services

This is a role on which the responsibilities may vary as per the business needs.

**To be successful in this role you**
- Excellent level of customer service and proficient in providing customer satisfaction
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English (speaking and writing)
- Experience with prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
- Have a superior attention to details of numbers
- Excellent communication skills
- Are flexible and a team player in a cross-cultural environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
