We are the Innovation team within Kantar Insights. A friendly and dynamic team who are smashing all targets and are therefore seeking new talent to add additional perspectives and accelerate our growth at this exciting time

About the role

You will engage with clients, generating new conversations to win business, collaborating with internal stakeholders ensuring our client is seeing the best of Kantar’s offering to achieve their growth ambitions.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Innovation Expertise- You are an innovation expert, with a proven track record of developing human centric innovation (7+ years of experience, in NPD insights ideally).- You will demonstrate deep Kantar innovation knowledge to take the best of Kantar to address specific client’s needs.- You have experience working with and blending different types of data to tell powerful client stories.

2) Client Leadership- You own & lead overall client relationship across all innovation and product development areas.- You build long term trusted client partnerships, with most senior client contacts, beyond Marketing & Insights.- You have stewardship of projects, ensuring high impact with clients at the critical points throughout the project and quality of delivery within budget and timescales - not day to day project management.- You oversee the creation and delivery of powerful insights to support and shape the clients innovation strategy and tactical plans.- You proactively seek out client feedback to drive improved client relationships.

3) Commercial Leadership- You deliver against annual objectives for the Innovation team;- You manage an active pipeline, uncovering opportunities to grow and service new, emerging needs;- You drive business development outreach activities demonstrating thought leadership collateral and personal networking.

4) People Leadership- You are a role model for driving change and transformation.- You lead & motivate the team with direct management of 3 associates - prior experience of coaching a team is necessary.- You represent our core values and behaviours, and create a collaborative culture where the team can flourish.
