**We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing 24/7 team.**

In this role, you will
- Build up an in depth understanding of the Bricsys products
- Work with new and existing customers to provide onboarding, integration and education to drive long-term customer success
- Build strong, authentic relationships with key customer stakeholders to fully and proactively understand the customer’s needs and how we can help them succeed
- Be the voice of the customer for internal Bricsys teams, help guide the roadmap and future development based on your product and customer knowledge
- Work closely with the support team to follow-up on issues for your key accounts, and support the team with your understanding of the customers
- Ensure best practices are adopted for product use
- Be accountable for client renewal, upsell and retention results and high customer satisfaction
- Proactively work with internal and external stakeholders to guide customers to successful resolutions if issues would arise
- Deliver presentations, demos, and proof of concepts to customer and prospects either remotely or in-person

The role has a global remit while the majority of your time will be dedicated to customers based in the Benelux region.

**We are looking for**
- A strong background in a similar customer-success focused role with international scope (e.g. pre/post-sales support, customer success, key account management)
- Experience in high-growth international software businesses offering SaaS/cloud-based solutions
- Fluency in Dutch and English. Good command of French and/or other languages is a strong asset
- Proven effectiveness in collaborating with customers and the ability to understand and explain technical solutions
- A quick learner, with strong analytical skills, who enjoys getting to the bottom of our solutions, and loves helping customers.
- Comfortable in a highly collaborative international environment with a hands-on and can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to operate under strict deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
- Availability and willingness to travel intensively within Belgium, and internationally based on needs
- Degree in a relevant field
