**Aim of the role**:
As a Product expert your goal is to maximize customer value in our everyday business. You enable current and future customers to understand the product. You’ll collect feedback to support their growth and help them get the most out of Rydoo.

As a Product Expert, you will bridge the gaps between the customer and our product. You collaborate with Product and Engineering as our customers’ advocate, ensuring through data-driven insights that Rydoo meets or exceeds customer expectations. At the same time, you communicate with and educate other people at Rydoo about relevant product updates and changes, which enables them to deliver the best-in-class service.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- You build and sustain deep product knowledge.
- You communicate, document, and organize knowledge about product releases, updates and other changes in a digestible and structured way
- You’ll work closely with Product & Engineering to understand how new and existing features help solve customer’s problems. You then translate this knowledge into well-written documentation that can be used by both our marketing, sales and customer success team.
- You’ll educate about what’s new and what’s coming up
- You work closely with our Customer Success teams to understand the customer's perspective and needs. You help consolidate this knowledge towards the Product teams.
- You enable Marketing & Sales to gain a better understanding on how we solve customer problems. At the same time you will help identify the needs of the market and the prospective customer that we are not fulfilling yet.
- You’ll join customer calls and bring confidence to the table when it comes to domain specific topics.
- You co-host customer calls for research and discovery purposes
- You are considered a key stakeholder in process improvement projects by collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Product Operations

**Requirements**:

- You have a degree with a business or financial focus
- A true passion for technology, finance and solving user needs.
- You have 2+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the B2B/SaaS/service environment, working closely with customer-facing and/or product teams
- You have a very good written expression and strong communication skills (e.g., ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences, ability to distill key pieces of information into a summarized update, etc.)
- You work independently, have the ability to learn quickly, are comfortable with frequent context-switching and are resourceful when it comes to problem-solving
- You have an understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems, key decision makers and organizational processes
- Open to feedback, on which you generate new ideas, iterate and synthesize at the right moment.
- Ideally, you have previous experience in a customer-facing role
