**Job Overview and Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that solutions align with business needs.
- Create data models and data integration solutions across various BI tools.
- Optimize data visualization techniques to produce interactive and insightful dashboards.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from various data sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the BI environment.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on various BI tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Business Intelligence and data visualization.

**Education and Experience**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as a BI Developer or in a comparable position.
- Proven experience with QlikSense as well as other Business Intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytic Cloud.
- In-depth knowledge of BI data modeling, visualization, and scripting techniques.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Familiarity with data warehousing principles and ETL processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

**Skills and Behavioral Competencies**:

- Certifications in Qlik or other BI tools are advantageous.
- Proficiency in business analysis and understanding business requirements.
- Experience in pricing and commercial analytics projects.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R.
- Result orientation, influence & impact.

- Strong leadership capability, executing as appropriate in the areas of responsibility.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport, and persuade others.
