**Description du poste**:
Assurer l’organisation, la réalisation et la planification de tous les aspects du Facility au sein du centre commercial afin d’atteindre un niveau optimal sur le plan de l’entretien, du confort, de la sécurité et de la conformité:
- Négocier ou participer aux négociations de finalisation des contrats avec des sous-traitants dans le respect des procédures en vue d’obtenir les meilleures conditions au niveau du prix, de la qualité, des délais de livraison, etc.
- Se positionner comme point de contact, fournir des instructions aux sous-traitants ainsi que des informations et conseils concernant le Facility aux commerçants et au management du centre afin de les guider dans leurs questions et de les informer dans leur prise de décision.
- Responsable pour l’organisation des contrôles légaux et remédier aux violations et commentaires.
- Suivi des obligations relatives au permis d’environnement du site.
- Veiller à garder une exploitation technique optimale du centre et de bonnes relations avec les fournisseurs afin que ceux-ci agissent selon les critères de qualité voulus, qu’ils respectent le contrat et fournissent certains services supplémentaires.
- Coordination et suivi de petits projets d’amélioration et études du bâtiment (capex, opex).
- Assurer la gestion financière des coûts/ charges liés au Facility du centre (charges communes, opex, capex,).
- Au besoin, jouer le rôle de facilitateur dans la mise en place de projets multi-centres afin d'augmenter la qualité des services proposés et d'optimiser ainsi les prestations de chacun.
- Se tenir constamment informé des évolutions dans le domaine de facility, maintenir à jour ses connaissances en fonction des nouveaux développements afin de renforcer sa crédibilité par le biais d’un service qui repose en permanence sur des connaissances actualisées.
**Prérequis**:
- Formation: Idéalement, ingénieur industriel;
- Expérience: 2 ans d'expérience en exploitation de bâtiments et maintenance
- Sens technique ainsi qu’une bonne expérience en gestion technique de bâtiments (entre autres HVAC,)
- Soucis constant de la sécurité.
- Désireux d’apprendre.
- Mobile (prêt à se déplacer vers les différents autres centres commerciaux)
- Connaissances linguistiques: bilingue français-néerlandais, bonne connaissance de l’anglais.
- Esprit rigoureux, orientation client, grand sens de l’organisation et sens des priorités.
- Aptitude à travailler de façon autonome selon des procédures établies et en même temps orientée vers l’équipe.
- Proactif et communication aisée (aptitudes de négociation, conviction,)
- Bon sens pratique (problem solver).
- La connaissance du secteur immobilier (surtout du secteur retail) est un grand atout
