**Wat kan je verwachten?**
- Een gepersonaliseerd Harmony School opleidingsprogramma op maat.
- Je krijgt een eigen project toegewezen bij één van onze klanten, waar jij jouw kwaliteiten in de kijker kan zetten. Als management consultant kan je verschillende rollen opnemen in projecten bij klanten.
- Bijvoorbeeld als business analyst breng jij de verschillende bedrijfsprocessen in kaart om vervolgens te zoeken naar verbetermogelijkheden.
- Of je begint als project officer waarbij je verschillende digitaliseringsprojecten ondersteunt door als tussenschakel tussen business development en IT te fungeren.
- Daarnaast krijg je ook de kans om mee te werken aan een intern project.

**Wat heeft Harmony te bieden?**
- De eerste twee weken zal je een intensief onboarding programma boordevol opleidingen, leermomenten en kennismakingsgesprekken met collega's doorlopen om je onder te dompelen in de wereld van business consultancy en Harmony.
- Daarna zal je zo snel mogelijk op een eigen project opstarten, samen met of ondersteund door een ervaren collega.
- Je krijgt een eigen coach die jou begeleidt en ondersteunt op jouw maat en die je helpt in je groei en ontwikkeling.
- Daarnaast krijg je ook een buddy toegewezen, een collega van jouw leeftijd die zelf ook het Young Graduate programma heeft doorlopen.
- Dit alles binnen een supertof team vol enthousiaste, betrokken collega's die je regelmatig zal zien op onze teamactiviteiten en co-working days.

- Je hebt een Master diploma in een business gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Je bent ambitieus, ondernemend en proactief.

- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
