**Tasks**:
- Processing and archiving supplier invoices
- Drawing up outgoing invoices
- Follow-up on unpaid invoices, formal notices and cancellations
- Sending reminders
- Drawing up repayment plans
- Answering the telephone
- Return of equipment
- Insurance management, claims monitoring
- Contract transfers and mergers
- Participating in ad hoc meetings with external partners
**Profile**:
- You enjoy administrative tasks
- You are bilingual in French and Dutch and have a good knowledge of English
- You enjoy telephone contacts and are commercially minded
- You have a good analytical mind
- You are proactive and results-oriented
- You are structured and organised
- You are dynamic, diplomatic and professional in all situations and you know how to distance yourself from problems
- You are a team player with a sense of priorities
