Pour l’un de nos prestigieux clients, une compagnie d’assurance située à bruxelles, nous cherchons un.e Teamcoach - insurance.
**Vos tâches en tant que Team coach - insurance**:

- Vous partagez la vision du management pour la réalisation des objectifs fixés et vous accompagnez l'équipe vers une plus grande autonomie et auto-organisation.
- Vous encouragez l’équipe à réfléchir et à prendre des initiatives d'amélioration.
- Vous mettez l’accent sur le client et vous veillez au développement d'une collaboration constructive avec les agents afin d'offrir une solution appropriée au client.
- En tant que coach, vous soutenez l’équipe afin d’atteindre les résultats souhaités et vous créez un environnement d'apprentissage positif pour vos collègues. Vous fixez des objectifs clairs avec eux et vous discutez des performances tant individuelles que de l’équipe.
- Vous êtes orienté client, communicatif et capable de discuter et de négocier avec les agents et les clients.

**Le profil idéal du.e la Team coach - insurance**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier et/ou vous possédez une expérience équivalente.
- Vous êtes indépendant, critique et organisé.
- Vous êtes conscient de vos qualités et défauts et vous aimez accompagner les gens dans leur développement personnel et relever vous-même de nouveaux défis.
- Vous êtes résistant au stress, ouvert au changement et à même d'accompagner de façon positive votre équipe dans le changement.
- Vous parlez le français ou le néerlandais tout en ayant une bonne maîtrise de l’autre langue nationale
