Als business transformation projectleader vorm je de brug tussen de gebruikers op het terrein en de verantwoordelijken voor de IT-tools/processen die we binnen Proximus gebruiken voor de netwerk roll-out en onderhoud van ons netwerk.

Je maakt deel uit van het lokale management team van een regio, werkt samen met de lokale gebruikers, teamleaders en project leiders, maar je werkt ook heel nauw samen met de collega’s in andere regio’s en de nationale verantwoordelijken qua tools en processen (BSO/BPO) binnen een kader van Business Process Management.

Je staat in voor het faciliteren van de co-creatie van requirements tussen gebruikers voor deze innovatieve projecten en blijft verantwoordelijk tot en met de adoptie van de nieuwe manier van werken voor je regio.

Je zal bij het uitvoeren van je verantwoordelijkheden kunnen rekenen op de steun van de lokale teamleaders en applicatie specialisten onder de gebruikers.

**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen van de gebruikersbehoeften voor de verdere ontwikkeling van onze IT-tools om het netwerk te bouwen en te onderhouden.
- Je werkt samen met de gebruikers, key-users, hun teamleaders, lokale projectleiders, de BSO’s (Business System Owners) en BPO’s Business Process Owners.
- Je kan voor meerdere tools gelijktijdig deze rol opnemen.
- Je maakt daarom tijd vrij om de tool, de noden van de gebruiker als de business verwachtingen te begrijpen.
- Je hebt een regelmatig overleg met collega’s in andere regio’s die dezelfde functie vervullen.
- Je rapporteert op regelmatige en transparante basis de vooruitgang naar de stakeholders.
- Je helpt mee meningen stroomlijnen die resulteren in oplossingen die de efficiëntie van de tools en het gebruik ervan verbeteren.

Profiel
- Je beschikt over een basiskennis IT en over voldoende operationele ervaring om te weten hoe je gebruikers en business system owners bijeen kan brengen om tot oplossingen te komen.
- Je kan maw mensen overtuigen, motiveren, samenbrengen,
- Je bent in staat om verandering te beheren gebruik makend van de methodologie ADKAR.
- Je hebt een analytische geest en bent in staat om veel informatie op korte tijd te verwerken en resultaatgericht tot de correcte conclusies te komen.
- Je bent een uitstekend communicator, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, met solide ervaring in het aanspreken van de verschillende doelgroepen van de divisie (management, terreinmedewerkers,).
- Je werkt vlot met de MS Office toepassingen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, )
- Je bent bereid deze ondersteuning te geven voor de teams die zowel in Gent als in Brugge zitten, als meetings te volgen op andere locaties zoals in Brugge.
