Als Guest Service and Retail Manager, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse beheer van de detailhandel en zorgt u voor de klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met de General Manager.

**Takenpakket**
- Je begeleidt je getalenteerde teamleden en zorgt voor hun groei.
- Je verstrekt informatie over de activiteiten, diensten en promoties van de faciliteit aan gasten.
- Je beheerd het reserveringssysteem, het POS (point of sale) en andere softwaretools.
- Je verzamelt feedback van gasten via opmerkingen of directe interacties en zorgt voor
- verbetering.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel efficiënt draait en dat producten correct worden gepresenteerd.
- Je helpt klanten tijdens hun winkelervaring.
- Je beheert de voorraad (inclusief inventaris) en plaatst bestellingen bij onze verschillende
- leveranciers.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de General Manager en de betrokken afdelingen.

**Profiel**
- Meer dan een diploma, zijn we op zoek naar de juiste persoon
- Je hebt ervaring in een klantenservicefunctie (maar dit is niet verplicht).
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, met het vermogen om
- met een divers scala aan gasten te communiceren.
- Je hebt oog voor detail.
- Je kan werken met het MS Office pakket en bij en hebt bij voorkeur kennis van boekings
- of kassasystemen.
- Je bent een duizendpoot en stressbestendig.
- Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid.
- Je bent flexibel.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels en Nederlands. Frans is een pluspunt.
