Bedrijf / Project: Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een **Coffee Specialist (M/V/X)** voor de Nespresso-boetiek in Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe. Type overeenkomst : Wekelijkse contracten van 16u./week Indiensttreding : Zo snel mogelijk Werkplaats : Sint-Lambertusstraat 200, 1200 Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe Verantwoordelijkheden: In deze rol is het jouw doel om de best mogelijke klantenservice te bieden in overeenstemming met het imago en de "premium" positionering van Nespresso. Om dit te doen, zal je ; - Proactief klanten benaderen en hen enthousiast informeren over de producten (koffiecapsules, koffiemachines en accessoires), prijzen, nieuwe producten, lopende promo acties, enz. - De productverkoop stimuleren en verhogen door het uitvoeren van proeverijen en technische demonstraties, de behoeften van de klant te detecteren en passend advies formuleren. - Nieuwe klanten inschrijven in het systeem en proactief bestaande klantgegevens updaten. - Een eerste analyse van machinestoringen die door klanten zijn gemeld uitvoeren en stuur ze effectief door naar de after-sales service. - Voor een goede presentatie van de winkel zorgen: schoonheid en netheid, herbevoorrading en presentatie van producten,... - Het team ondersteunen bij de inventaris, voorraad-, en cashmanagement. - Aan teambriefings en coachingsessies georganiseerd door de winkelmanager deelnemen. Kwalificaties & Aanbieding: Het profiel - Uiteraard ben je een koffieliefhebber. Je bent een doorzetter en trots op het merk dat je vertegenwoordigt. - Je hebt bij voorkeur al een eerste relevante commerciële ervaring als verkoper/-ster. - Enthousiast van aard, jij houdt van uitdagingen. Jij bent een goede, resultaatgerichte onderhandelaar. - Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af : heen en terug in de stock, behandeling van machines en capsuledozen. - Je bent flexibel beschikbaar tijdens de week en Zaterdag. - Je bent perfect tweetalig. Je spreekt zowel Nederlands als Frans.
