The Nespresso Team is recruiting for a talented “Field Sales Specialist” who will take part of the Nespresso’s business growth by supporting the Trade distribution and sales of coffee machines within physical retailers including major electro chains and buying groups across Belgium and Luxembourg. The role involves promoting Nespresso within selected point of sales/retailers, maximising qualitative New Club Member acquisition, implementing best in class merchandising and visibility in store (following the Nespresso Global criteria), to preserve and enhance the Nespresso brand image via securing display space. The geographical area of focus will be Brussels, Wallonia and Luxembourg.

**A day in the life of a**Field Sales Specialist**

As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be part of the Net Acquisition Team looking at driving machine sales, new Nespresso members and opportunities to drive lifetime value.
- You will maintain & build meaningful relationships with all POS in your Area (Brussels, Wallonia, Luxembourg)
- Ensure Nespresso brand visibility is secured in the highly competitive trade environment, (Secure shelf space & location for the Nespresso systems and novelties)
- Ensure the good visibility of Nespresso machines on shelves and in store to make the Nespresso Brand stand out and to differentiate from competition
- Check the neatness of our shelves and availability of our machines
- Follow the store visit routine according to guidelines and strategy
- Perform store checks, on a weekly basis, to collect and share information with the KAMs related to competition, stock levels, insights, any issues etc.
- Evaluate Key POS performance on a monthly basis with all required stakeholders and elaborate a concrete action plan per POS
- Monitor and document the execution of agreed trade commercial activities and agreements at store level
- Regularly discuss with the Store management (ambitions, targets, performance, market results and challenges) to secure a strong collaboration
- Negotiate and coordinate Nespresso furniture in POS (POSM and Corners) in alignment with KAMs
- Update and use Nespresso reporting systems according to the guidelines
- Implementation and checks of national and local promotions as well as new product launches
- Present and share promo plans with your POS
- Create/seize partnership opportunities (visibility, events, path to purchase, etc) at POS level
- Provide advice on assortment (category management) to the KAMs.
- Negotiate local action plans (traffic building in combination with path to purchase, demo days, etc.) in ° cooperation with KAMs.
- Coordinate the installation of Nespresso furniture in POS
- Train and secure high standards of knowledge within all POS staff
