To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for **an associate with at least 3 years of experience to join our Public law Team, within the Real Estate & Regulatory department.**
**The Public law Team**:
Our team has an excellent reputation in both Belgian and EU public law. Our practice focuses on procurement law, the public law aspects of real estate (such as planning and environmental law (“_omgevingsrecht_”)), energy law, etc. We advise clients on tenders and on a broad range of regulatory matters, we draft and negotiate contracts, we litigate before the Constitutional Court, the Council of State and the ordinary courts.
**Key requirements**:
- You are a Belgian-qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in public law (public procurement, planning and environmental law, energy law, etc.), ideally in a similar practice.
- If you have worked or studied abroad, we consider this an asset.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. Your level of French is suitable for daily use in a business environment.
- You have excellent writing skills and prefer a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
