**Customer Support Specialist - Verhuur**:
- Je maakt deel uit van een sterke ploeg in een zeer prettige werkomgeving. Fijne, ervaren collega’s begeleiden je vanaf dag één door de dynamische wereld van het heftruckverhuur. De contacten met onze klanten verzorgen we via de moderne communicatiemiddelen. Die gebruik je afwisselend thuis en op kantoor.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de huuroplossingen van het volledige klantenbestand dat aan jou toegewezen wordt. Daarbij zorg je voor een aangename ervaring met Jungheinrich, en een vlotte afwerking van alle aanvragen. Hiervoor verzamel je de behoeften van de klant, bied je de ideale oplossing aan, onderhandelt prijzen en zorgt ervoor dat het verhuurde toestel tot bij de klant - en weer terug - geraakt. In dit hele proces word je dagelijks ondersteund door onze verkoop
- en marketingcollega’s, die je vlot en vakkundig aan nieuwe opdrachten helpen.

min. Bachelor diploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)-
oplossingsgericht-
commerciële feeling-
vlot 2 talig (NL + FR)-
administratief zeer sterk (dossierbeheer)- Je komt terecht in een sterk commercieel team waar een weinig hiërarchische, no-nonsense overlegcultuur heerst, waarbij zelfstandigheid, teamspirit en korte communicatielijnen centraal staan. Wij verwachten van jou naast zin voor humor, een visie over de trends in de marktsituatie én jouw idee over de best mogelijke aanpak.
