**Your new position**:
For a client active in the
**cosmetic **sector, Hays is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide
**administrative support.**
In this position you will
**provide support** by contract management, maintaining the database, organizing meetings and so on. You will also report
**company expenses** by keeping and processing expense reports. In addition, you will perform other administrative tasks such as
**invoicing**. You will manage the progress of orders by
**liaising **with the warehouse. As an
**Administrative Assistant**, you will also support the Local marketing team.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for
**internal communication** with the Marketing and Sales teams at various levels. Here you must
**coordinate surveys** by, for example, conducting research.
Finally, there is the opportunity to spend your time on the company's
** social media**.
**Your profile**:
For a

** experience in a role similar to an Administrative Assistant**. Experience in
