**FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING**

Als Master Data Product Steward speel je een cruciale rol in het beheren en verbeteren van onze productdata. Je combineert de verantwoordelijkheden van een Data Steward en een Data Quality Specialist en zorgt voor de nauwkeurigheid, consistentie en integriteit van onze productgegevens. Je werkt nauw samen met het Category Management-team en overbrugt de kloof tussen databeheer en zakelijke behoeften, wat bijdraagt aan het succes van Tom&Co. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

Databeheer_**
- Invoeren, updaten en onderhouden van productdata in de Master Data-systemen.
- Zorgen voor correcte categorisatie, codering en naleving van governance-richtlijnen.
- Samenwerken met Category Management (productmanagers, inkopers en assistenten) om operationele behoeften te ondersteunen.

**_ Data Kwaliteitsborging_**
- Monitoren en evalueren van de kwaliteit van productdata, en corrigeren van inconsistenties of fouten.
- Implementeren en uitvoeren van initiatieven ter verbetering van de datakwaliteit.
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van validatieprocessen en -tools.

**_ Governance en Compliance_**
- Handhaven en promoten van datagovernancebeleid en -normen zoals gedefinieerd door de Product Data Owner en Data Architect.
- Documenteren van processen en waarborgen van naleving van organisatorische en regelgevende vereisten.

**_ Samenwerking en Ondersteuning_**
- Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor productdata-gerelateerde problemen en zorgen voor tijdige oplossingen van complexe cases.
- Ondersteunen van de Master Data Teamlead bij het realiseren van strategische doelen op het gebied van databeheer.
- Inzichten en aanbevelingen geven ter verbetering van data-processen en systemen.

**KWALIFICATIES**
- Bachelor in Databeheer, Informatiesystemen, Bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- 2-3 jaar ervaring in databeheer, datakwaliteit of een vergelijkbare rol. Ervaring in retail is een pluspunt.
- Oog voor detail en passie voor datanauwkeurigheid.
- Hands-on ervaring met Master Data Management (MDM)-systemen.
- Bekend met datagovernance-raamwerken en best practices.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en vermogen om samen te werken met verschillende teams en niveaus.
- Analytisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossend ingesteld.
- Proactief en resultaatgericht.
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook in teamverband.
- Leergierig en bereid om zich aan te passen aan nieuwe systemen en processen.
