Join us, as **Global** **Product Manager** in the thriving Business Unit** Compound Chocolate & Fat-based Fillings** at Puratos Belgium. You will have the chance to shape the future of our business whilst driving growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- You collect, analyze, and build **market intelligence** and identify possible impacts on the business.
- You play an active role in **crafting the strategic direction** of the BU Compound Chocolate & Fat-based Fillings (Carat) to propel sales within the category.
- You manage the **product portfolio** (profitability optimization, pricing, SKU management, benchmarking) and all elements of the **marketing mix** (branding, pricing, route to market, promotions ).
- You monitor the **sales performance** of the category in terms of volume, sales, margin evolution, customer penetrationYou propose, agree and roll-out corrective actions or acceleration plans with local organizations and regional direction.
- You actively support **business development** to our countries (markets, channels, customers) by commercial, marketing and R&D activities of the subsidiaries related to the product category e.g. by training & exchange of best practices, joint market/customer visits.
- You **manage** relationships and partnerships with internal and external **stakeholders** to share the product vision and create involvement at different organizational levels.

**Who are we looking for?**
- You have a Business or Marketing degree with 5 years of relevant experience in product or brand management.
- You show strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at once and work under pressure and to deadlines.
- You are data driven, curious, digital savvy, and inspired by the understanding of local consumer culture’s diversity in food.
- You are a dynamic, proactive, and creative team player.
- You are fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
- You are willing to travel 30% of your time.
- You are able to work from Belgium or from Spain as worklocation
