We value proximity, which allows you to collaborate closely with your team and to reap the rewards of your work. **Context**: The Group Marketing division of Degroof Petercam is currently looking for an intern to start **as soon as possible for a period of 6 to 12 months** to support the Segment Marketing team. **Your Position**: You will support the implementation of the marketing strategy to reach out and connect with the segments (Professional clients, Key Families, Next Gen, Women, "Art and Non-Profit", you will translate this strategy in concrete actions and into a marketing plan per segment. Client-centricity is key in this process. You will ensure and follow up on the implementation and execution of this marketing plan. To do so, you work closely with the other marketing departments (branding, content, digital and events), as well as with the business. You will monitor the outcome and results of the specific marketing actions, and report on segment specific results. As a Segment Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for assisting our team in the following tasks: - Developing knowledge around these strategic customer segments, the market they are part of, as well as the strategies from competitors to target this market/segment; - Marketing the value propositions towards the segment. As such, you define the added value to these customers and how to market this added value to the segment; - Supporting the design and creating the marketing plan to boost the commercial strategy towards these segments, to make the strategy real; - Collaborating on a day to day basis with the different departments and teams within Degroof Petercam to maximize the impact of the marketing strategy and plan; - Monitoring the outcome and report on results of the marketing plan, and adjust the plan when needed. **Your Profile**: - You are currently (or have just obtained) a Master in Marketing, or any other related field; - You have an affinity for marketing or communications; - You appreciate team work and you look for a opportunity to make a difference; - You are passionate about helping others to drive their business growth; - You are a fast learner, open-minded and eager to gain knowledge and experience in different business segments; - You have analytical skills, attention to details while not missing out the bigger picture and end goal; - You love setting up and driving projects, have a ‘can do' attitude and you are an entrepreneur; - You have strong organizational skills and you are able to manage several initiatives at the same time; - You have an excellent level in Dutch and French, and are fluent in English; **Our offer**: Our company offers a stimulating environment for those who want to be challenged intellectually.
