**Executive Management Assistant**:
**Role & work environment**:
Give pro-active and efficient support to one executive committee member
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Follow-up of the mailbox
- Collect information/consolidate documents to prepare the meetings
- Pro-actively plan meeting preparations and debriefings
- Follow-up and manage the diary
- Organize travels, offsites, Management Team meetings
- Create, update reference documents and PowerPoint presentations;
- Preparation of client meetings (book room, order catering and announce visitors to reception desk including reservation of parking)
**As Management Assistant, you will need**
- A good knowledge of English, Dutch and French;
- An excellent knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
- Being communicative and assertive: you can adapt your communication to your interlocutor and can be assertive if necessary;
- Being proactive and flexible;
- Excellent organizations and coordination skills: you assure that things go smoothly;
- Accuracy;
- you can work in an independent way, but work closely together with your colleagues;
- You have a team spirit
