Vanuit hun kantoor in Zaventem begeleiden ze hun klanten dagelijks bij de optimalisatie van hun mobiliteitsbeheer. **Als Account Executive omvatten je voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden het volgende**:
- Je biedt administratieve en commerciële ondersteuning aan de accountmanagers in het beheer van hun klantenportefeuille;
- Je staat in voor het volledige offerte
- en ordertraject van wagens en fietsen;
- Je behandelt aanvragen voor aanloop
- en Mid-Term Rental voertuigen;
- Je zorgt voor een up-to-date klantenbestand en correcte archivering;
- Je analyseert klantenvragen en leidt ze efficiënt naar de juiste afdelingen;
- Je denkt actief mee over optimalisatie van processen en dienstverlening.
**Ben jij de ideale Account Executive?**
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans;
- Je beschikt over sterke digitale vaardigheden (MS Office, interne tools);
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig;
- Je houdt van variatie en weet prioriteiten te stellen;
- Je communiceert helder, werkt oplossingsgericht en bent leergierig;
- Je voelt je goed in een ondersteunende rol en draagt graag bij aan een positieve teamdynamiek;
- Een hoger diploma is een pluspunt, maar jouw motivatie en inzet zijn minstens even belangrijk
