**Functiebeschrijving**
Voor de job als callcenter medewerker customer service zullen volgende takenpakket jou toebehoren:

- De inkomende calls beantwoorden : klanten met vragen over hun factuur,abonnement,nieuw toestel etc
- De klanten adviseren over nieuwe acties etc.
- De klanten behoefte ontdekken.
- je overtuigt bestaande en potentiële klanten van de meerwaarde van jouw product

**Functie-eisen**
Voor de job als callcenter medewerker customer service zijn we op zoek naar volgend persoon:

- Je bent iemand met een commerciële mindset.
- Je hebt een empatisch vermogen om het vertrouwen van de klant te winnen.
- Je bent bereidt 1 zaterdag in de maand te werken.
- Je beschikt over PC skills

**Arbeidsvoorwaarden**
Voor de job als callcenter medewerker customer service bieden wij jou het volgende:

- Mogelijkehid om van thuis uit te werken.
- Bruto € 2350,00
- Collectieve bonus voordeel op basis van de bedrijfsdoelstellingen
