Située à Péruwelz, la Brasserie Caulier produit fièrement ses propres bières depuis 25 ans avec comme mission principale de « **brasser des moments de plaisir ** »
La **Famille, l'Entrepreneuriat, la Qualité et la Responsabilité** sont les valeurs qui guident l’entreprise dans son quotidien.

L’équipe actuelle, composée de 60 passionnés, brasse des bières vivantes, de caractère et 100% naturelles, appliquant des méthodes de fabrication artisanale.

La Brasserie Caulier connait une forte croissance et a récemment terminé la première phase d'un large programme d’investissements lui permettant de tripler sa capacité de production.

Ils démarrent maintenant une deuxième phase d’investissements et ouvrent une
**nouvelle fonction transversale et stratégique**. Nous recherchons un **Logistic Manager - Agro-alimentaire (H/F).**

**RESPONSABILITÉS**

En tant que Logistic Manager, vous êtes le responsable de la mise en place des flux in, out et inter sites. En tant que membre du Management Opérationnel, vous gérez une équipe de 10 personnes au sein du département.

Vos responsabilités principales sont les suivantes:

- Vous êtes le **leader hiérarchique** du département Supply de la Brasserie.
- Vous animez, développez, formez et évaluez une équipe de 10 personnes.
- Vous coordonnez et optimisez les **stocks et flux inter sites**.
- Vous implémentez un **WMS** en lien avec la stratégie de la Brasserie.
- Vous êtes **responsable de** **l’expédition** en quantité et en qualité et vous challengez les coûts.
- Vous participez activement aux **projets de croissance** et de développement de la Brasserie sur les aspects logistiques.
- Vous co-construisez et mettez en place, avec le Responsable Achats, la stratégie d’approvisionnement de la Brasserie.
- Vous participez à la planification de la Production.
- Vous intégrez l’équipe de Management Opérationnel et rapportez au Directeur des Opérations.

**PROFIL**
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme à orientation Supply Chain ou équivalent par expérience.
- Vous avez une **expérience de minimum 3 ans** dans la logistique au sein d’un environnement industriel.
- Vous êtes un(e) leader de terrain, dynamique et qui met la main à la pâte. Vous êtes **moteur du changement et savez motiver les autres.**:

- La participation à **l’implémentation d’un WMS** ou à la mise en place de nouveaux entrepôts est un atout important.
- Vous avez du leadership fonctionnel : vous communiquez facilement et efficacement avec les autres départements (achats, backoffice, production, ).
- Vous êtes innovant(e),orienté(e) solution, vous sortez des sentiers battus et êtes force de propositions.
- Vous parlez français. La maitrise d’une autre langue est un atout.
