To reinforce our **Risk & Audit** department, Parkwind is looking for a **Team Lead Risk & Audit**

Your role : *
- **_As Senior Risk Officer: _**:
- Assisting Parkwind teams to identify and manage risks. This could be in support of business development opportunities, projects in (pre)-development, operational windfarms, as well as corporate processes and systems.
- Defining and/or implementing risk management frameworks, processes and procedures, where appropriate.
- Reporting to management and the Board, providing independent and objective assurance, as to whether the risks threatening Parkwind’s objectives are managed to remain within the determined Risk Appetite.
- **_As Team Lead of the Risk & Audit team: _**:
- Guiding and supporting a small group of experts, driving performance, ensuring that both team and individual objectives are met.
- Providing strong leadership by example, developing individuals, building relationships and leading change.
Some travel may be required.
**P**rofile: *
- A relevant Master’s degree;
- Min. 10 years of risk management and/or audit experience, preferably, but not necessarily within the renewable energy sector, in project development, construction or engineering.
- Min. 3 years of experience leading teams.
- A genuine interest in renewable energy, in all its aspects (technical, financial, regulatory, etc.).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch, French and/or German is a plus.
- Diplomatic, solution-oriented, with good organization skills.
- Inquisitive, analytical, able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
