**Field coordinator Brussel**

Als toonaangevend people agency schakelt MaisonRouge gedreven studenten in op uiteenlopende catering
- en eventopdrachten. De juiste crew op de juiste plaats, opgeleid en klaargestoomd.

Als Field Coordinator ga je met de MaisonRouge crew mee op evenementen en ben jij de spil tussen onze klant en onze crew. Bij grote groepen zorg jij er voor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Het aansturen en coachen van onze crew staat centraal. Ben je met een kleinere groep op stap, dan ga je zelf ook actief mee aan het werk met hen als maître, bar
- of zaalpersoneel, host(ess), stagehand of promo.

Naast je event-werk krijg je mogelijk enkele ondersteunende taken toegewezen op kantoor, zoals de verantwoordelijkheid over kledij, wagens of opleidingen aan onze crew.

- Je gaat **verantwoordelijk **te werk en bent **stressbestendig**:

- Het **aansturen**, **coachen** of **motiveren** van **groepen**/**individuen** is iets waar jij in uitblinkt.
- Een **rijbewijs B **en **eigen** **wagen** zijn pluspunten
