**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Located in our Belgian office in Erembodegem, you will be involved in the development and implementation of product line strategic plans, including market and competitive analysis and identifying strategic initiatives that drive profitable growth.
- You'll partner with operations to ensure the sourcing and/or manufacturability and delivery of product per growth projections.
- This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be to lay out product roadmaps and work with engineering on technology roadmaps that support these product roadmaps.
- Your objective will be to identify, justify and select new product development projects and marketing programs to obtain desired growth in sales and achieve profitability targets
- You will be supporting the formulation of all short-term and long-term objectives and business plans for their product line, including meeting orders, sales, market share, price realization, profitability, quality, delivery and vitality metrics.

**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:

- Responsible for the sprocket and sheave product lines as components of a complete system, coordinating with other Global Product Line Mangers.
- Supporting P&L for the product line, including strategic planning and tactical managing to achieve financial and operating metrics.
- Conducting voice of the customer interviews and feeds customer desires into internal organization through customer visits, industry association participation, and competitive research.
- Owns Sprocket and Sheave product roadmap.
- Determining balance between sourcing and manufacturing strategies on a regional basis.
- Developing and review business cases for potential investments of company resource and promote according to rigorous prioritization process.
- Supporting the New Product Development process for the product line to achieve desired results. Ensure that feature, quality, and cost objectives are reached and that schedules are kept. Prepares required market launch and commercialization materials. Document product specs, strategy, plans, and training needs.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Your experience is in the manufacture, supply and/or sale of sprockets and pulleys in Europe.
- You hold at least a bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, commerce or marketing from a required registered establishment.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Excel in data analysis and graphic representation of large data sets.
- You have advanced Microsoft PowerPoint capabilities to provide high quality presentations for executives.
- You are able to travel up to 25% of the time, including abroad.
- You have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
