**THE SCOPE**

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a VIP Customer Care to join its Loyalty team.

At Gaming1, VIP Customer Care are responsible for acquiring and retaining high-value customers. You will oversee tailored promotions and deliver the highest level of direct customer care. You will identify potential VIPs and work on high-value programs to cater to their needs, liaising with data science, business intelligence, CRM and marketing departments to build long-term customer value.

**YOUR ROLE**
- Setting goals and metrics for each customer and for each customer cluster
- Monitoring pace toward goal achievement
- Analysis of coded and potential high-worth player data
- Assigning/coding players to other VIP Managers
- Preparing and submitting activity and departmental reports as assigned
- Attending weekend meetings with players
- Updating the club store
- Providing assistance for loyalty as required
- Resolving player issues, real or perceived, when Customer Service is unable to do so
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor or Master’s in marketing, sales, communication or equivalent working experience
- 2 years professional experience : either in a similar role involving VIP customer relationship management or in a call center
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English
- Strong commercial sense and resilience
- Service and customer focus
- Very good communication skills
- Commercial and promotional marketing skills
- An affinity for numbers and their analysis
- Open-mindedness
- Integrity and empathy
