Overview Customer Care Teamlead (B2B) - Fintech - Brussels (hybrid) Op zoek naar een omgeving waar self-development & growth meer zijn dan een funky tagline? De laatste 10 jaar groeiden ze hun team uit van 3 tot 120 collega’s en zijn ze trotse challenger geworden van hun grootste internationale concurrenten. Momenteel kijken we uit naar versterking voor hun 18-koppig customer experience team in de vorm van een gedreven teamleader die een customer care team van 9 collega’s day-to-day zou aansturen. Responsibilities Je analyseert en optimaliseert de huidige processen met het oog op customer centricity, digitalisering en people. Je managed , motiveert en coacht het 9-koppig team op een hands-on manier Ondernemend is jouw middle name en je durft nieuwe initiatieven pitchen en opzetten Samen met de Operations Director rol je diverse projecten uit aangaande de internal mobility en werking van jouw team Jouw profiel Je hebt een customer excellence mindset en staat gekend als een sterke communicator Een affiniteit met retail , fintech of HR services is mooi meegenomen Je bent vlot drietalig of staat open om de ontbrekende talenkennis bij te schaven Verder ben je een positieve en optimistische persoonlijkheid die thrived binnen een scale up omgeving Tot slot ben je een people manager pur sang die waarde hecht aan transparante communicatie, teamwork, een feedback culture en leading by example.
