**Support for DCIS training curriculum analysis and development** - **Security Clearance**:NATO Secret /SC - **Working Location**:Work will be conducted 50% Off-Site (working from home) and 50% at NCI Academy location in Mons, Belgium, with frequent travel to sites - **Language**:High proficiency level in English language **EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**: **Essential Qualifications/Experience**: - Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science / Software Engineering / Mathematics / Electronics or related discipline at nationally recognized / certified University, with 5 years post related experience, OR lower academic qualification combined with demonstration of particular abilities or experience of relevance to this work, with 8+ years relevant experience - Experience with capturing system requirements (for DCIS or other deployable communications and information systems) and business / operational workflows - Strong project management skills - Experience with: - Business case development - Benefits Management - Curriculum analysis and course development - Development of technical documentation, training materials, and instructional aids - Developing training curricula and/or training programs for technical training - Working in international environment comprising both military and civilian elements **DUTIES/ROLE**: - Assess current DCIS training curriculum for each of 21 DCIS Services, assess health of existing NCI Academy DCIS training, specifying: - Fit for Purpose / effectiveness: does content of existing courses meet operational requirements, what are delta's - Fit for Use / efficiency: do associated training paths fit schedules, are there additional / alternative training methods that could increase efficiency e.g. MTTs, online, AR/VR), are courses available when needed - Audience and task analysis, as described in BiSC Directive 75-7, "Education and Individual Training (E&IT)" - Analyse total cost of training as compared to total service cost for each DCIS service - Ascertain impact of new capabilities on DCIS training curriculum - analyse impact of incoming DCIS equipment and capabilities as articulated in relevant Capability roadmap - Adjust and (re-) design DCIS course outlines and training paths - Develop business case for required adjustments of current DCIS courses with aim to fully satisfy current and future operational requirements and future customer baseline. Business case should take in to account impact of new required content, benefits of alternative delivery (blended) methods as well as potential benefits of economies of scale (driven by new common core enterprise structure) - Provide support to actual updating of training materials / developing course content - Systematically document and transfer all information with regards to training updates to NCI Academy and NSII SME's - Provide monthly status report to help review progress of contractor's analysis - Draft, coordinate and compile a mid-point report
