En tant qu’analyste business dans le secteur de la **logistique**, vous vous plongez dans les données, identifiez les besoins de l’entreprise et créez, en collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires, des processus numériques de haute qualité.

Vous jouez un rôle clé en tant que lien stratégique entre la vision de l’entreprise et des solutions concrètes

**Role**:

- Écouter activement les équipes métiers afin de recueillir et formaliser leurs besoins fonctionnels et business liés aux systèmes ERP.
- Analyser les processus et les données pour identifier des opportunités d’optimisation des flux de travail et de l’utilisation de l’ERP.
- Traduire les besoins métier en spécifications claires, orientées utilisateur, et alignées sur les outils ERP.
- Collaborer avec les équipes techniques, produit et opérationnelles pour développer des améliorations ERP pertinentes et efficaces.
- Contribuer aux activités de test, superviser les livraisons et accompagner l’amélioration continue des fonctionnalités ERP.
- Assurer l’alignement entre les objectifs métiers et les solutions proposées, avec une approche orientée données et résultats.

**Profile**:

- De 0 à 3 ans d’expérience en analyse métier, avec un fort intérêt pour les sujets liés aux systèmes ERP
- Expertise dans la collecte et la formalisation des besoins métier, en particulier dans l’optimisation des processus opérationnels et de l’utilisation des ERP
- Expérience avérée dans la rédaction de user stories et de spécifications fonctionnelles, centrées sur les besoins des utilisateurs et la valeur métier
- Maîtrise des outils de collaboration tels que Jira et Confluence, et familiarité avec les méthodologies Agile/Scrum pour la gestion des évolutions fonctionnelles
- Capacité à collaborer avec les équipes techniques, produit, opérations et data afin de concevoir des solutions ERP pertinentes et efficaces
