In the frame of Multiple project support, provide field support for IT office equipment move at our client, support rollout of Windows following Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) provided by Workplace support team
**The assignment will consist amongst other of**:
- Workplace support services such as
o
Installation of Fat Client (Laptop - desktop) following client's solution
o
Installation of Thin client following
client's
Solution
o
Installation of Mobile devices following
client's
Solution
o
Installation of Software following
client's
Solution
o
Security follow up following
client's
procedure
o
Move of IT Material (Desktop-Screen-Printer-phones)
o
Lending and Borrowing of IT Material (Laptop
- Beamer-)
o
Receipt, Tagging of new received material (ITAM)
o
Follow up of the IT Workplace environment
o
Follow up and solving of Workplace related incident level 1 & 2 (HW and SW)
o
Ad hoc escalation of incident to other teams when required
o
Stock management (Minimum Stock )
o
Provide on site workplace support during working hours
- Computer room and network support services such as
o
Patching of networking equipment following
client's
standards/process (clean and labelled cables)
o
Patching of workplaces (thin / fat client, IP phone, printer etc..) following
client's
standards (clean and labelled cables)
o
Basic trouble shooting - checking of network cables in computer room
o
Swap out of networking equipment following
client's
tandards/process out of office hours
- Other services such as
o
Security Follow up on End User Devices
