Als sales back-office medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat administratieve taken met betrekking tot Sales en after-Sales goed worden afgehandeld. Elke situatie is anders en geen dag is dus hetzelfde
**What is the job?**:
- Opstellen van offertes en verkooporders-
- Verwerken van sales handelingen in Hubspot CRM-
- Bestellingen verwerken voor correcte facturatie en aanmaak van de licenties en implementatieprojectenNabellen van debiteuren-
- Afhandelen van eventuele klachten en daartoe de verschillende betrokken departementen consulteren en/of mobiliseren-
- Coördineren van andere interne processen en projecten tussen verschillende afdelingen (als een echte spin in het web)-
- Contact onderhouden met leveranciers-
- Alle werkinstructies en procedures gerelateerd aan de job documenteren en up-to-date houden-
- De praktische organisatie van klantevenementen-
- Overige ondersteunende administratieve werkzaamheden**Who are you?**:
- Bachelordiploma in bedrijfsadministratie, officemanagement of een aanverwant vakgebied (of gelijkwaardige ervaring)-
- Aantoonbare ervaring als sales back-office assistant of in een gelijkaardige administratieve functie is een pluspunt-
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels-
- Uitstekende organisatorische en multitasking vaardigheden-
- Sterk oog voor detail en probleemoplossend vermogen-
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden-
- Vaardigheid in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)-
- Georganiseerde, proactieve, zelfstandige en accurate werkhouding-
- Je bent klantgericht; het verlenen van optimale service is voor jou vanzelfsprekend-
- Je bent collegiaal, hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, een actieve houding, je bent alert, stressbestendig en flexibel
