**Management Assistant VDMA Benelux (M/F/d)**: **Location**:Maastricht I **0.5 FTE to 1 FTE** VDMA Benelux (office) in Maastricht, established in 2022 represents meanwhile >60 entrepreneurs and member companies from the Benelux countries. It serves as a hub, accelerator and connector between the Benelux (e.g. members, stakeholders, market) and the VDMA (e.g. services, network, organization). **You are up for the challenge...**: - Support and contribute to the further development of VDMA Benelux and Europeanization of VDMA - ** Event management**:co-development of (online) events, invitations, preparations, protocols, workflows and documentation - ** Editorial**: (further) development and implementation of services, like newsletter and website (potentially social media) - ** Membership management**: co-serve inquiries from and contact with members companies - ** Business development**: support company visits, acquisitions, appointments, trade fairs with e.g. preparation, creating presentations, company analysis, etc. as well as the development of new services - ** Office management**:operations, agenda/itinerary, bookkeeping **... with dedication and know-how**: - Vocational training or university degree (MBO/HBO/WO) in e.g. office management, international business, European politics, engineering or comparable qualification - Excellent organizational abilities, with notable experience handling multiple projects and tasks - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as positive, problem-solving attitude and hands-on mentality - Professional, trustworthy and positive attitude as well as interaction with various people (e.g. colleagues, members, stakeholders) - (Very) good command of English and Dutch language, French and German beneficial - Savvy with tools like MS-Office - Affinity with relevant social media (particularly LinkedIn) beneficial - Affinity with mechanical engineering industry / SME companies / VDMA members and their topics beneficial Seize your chance to work in an innovative sector Location is Maastricht. 0.5 FTE to 1 FTE (potentially expandable / to be agreed individually) 30 holidays (20 statutory days’ holiday and 10 extra days’ holiday) per calendar year.
