**Wat ga je doen?**
Als Talent & Development Specialist bouw, investeer en beheer je het opleidingsportfolio van Allianz Benelux. Daarnaast coördineer je het opleidingsbudget om tegemoet te komen aan de huidige en toekomstige ontwikkelingsbehoeften van medewerkers en managers. Kortom je coördineert de groei
- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden van onze collega’s.
**Hoe ziet de dag van een Talent & Development Specialist er uit?**
- Het huidige leer
- en ontwikkelaanbod beheren, (opnieuw) vormgeven, inzetten en communiceren naar alle interne stakeholders.
- Je zal ervoor zorgen dat het opleidings
- en ontwikkelingsaanbod van Allianz Benelux in overeenstemming is met de lokale wet
- en regelgeving.
- Je zal optreden als aanspreekpunt voor HR stakeholders en de business met betrekking tot de ontwikkeling en het beheer van leersystemen, -processen en -projecten
- Je zal mee instaan om het ontwikkelingsaanbod van Allianz voor jonge afgestudeerden (bv. Graduate Traineeship), studenten en recente aanwervingen beheren om hun effectieve en efficiënte ontwikkeling en introductie te garanderen.
- Je geeft advies om mensen te helpen bij het identificeren van mogelijkheden voor een passende ontwikkeling binnen Allianz Benelux en de Groep
**Doe de check**
- Je kan terugblikken op een masteropleiding of gelijk door ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie en bent geïnteresseerd en hebt al enige ervaring in talent management, training solutions inclusief digital en e-learnings.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Frans
- Je bent sterk in project management en hebt enige ervaring in stakeholdermanagement.
