**Description**:
- You will carry out gap analysis and suggest enhancements to processes concerning MiFID II, Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), and overall conduct regulations;
- You will evaluate current policies and controls to identify areas where regulatory compliance may be lacking;
- You will highlight regulatory deficiencies and recommend improvements to make sure the organization meets compliance requirements;
- You will focus on issues such as conflicts of interest, personal account transactions, and the management of gifts and entertainment;
- You will strive to bolster operational efficiency by proposing effective strategies and changes based on your assessments;
- You will collaborate with various teams to implement recommended changes and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Must be fluent in both French and English, with a basic proficiency in Dutch;
- Should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role;
- Possesses a solid foundation in legal or compliance matters with a focus on financial regulations, specifically MiFID II, MAR, and conduct-related guidelines;
- Exhibits an in-depth knowledge of EU financial regulations and understands how they are applied practically within financial institutions;
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to detect compliance deficiencies and create effective remediation strategies;
- Has a proven track record in streamlining policies, procedures, and controls to enhance compliance frameworks;
- Displays excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with compliance, legal, and business departments.
