Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een drietalige Executive Assistant (M/V/X) voor een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in de juridische sector.
Dit bedrijf is gevestigd in het centrum van Brussel.
De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie als Executive Assistant zijn:
- Agendabeheer, plannen en organiseren van vergaderingen;
- Vergaderingen en conferentiegesprekken organiseren;
- timesheets beheren en facturen voorbereiden
- Archiveren en archiveren;
- Redigeren en/of opmaken van documenten, rapporten, conclusies, correspondentie, etc.
- Beantwoorden en afhandelen van telefoongesprekken;
- PowerPointpresentaties voorbereiden;
- Algemene administratieve en organisatorische taken;
- Organiseren van ondertekening, legalisatie en apostillering van relevante documenten;
- Contacten onderhouden met verschillende dienstverleners (notarissen, domiciliëringsagenten, banken, enz.).
Voor deze functie heb je de volgende kwalificaties nodig:
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma
- Je hebt ervaring als assistent in een advocatenkantoor en bent vertrouwd met de activiteiten en markten van een advocatenkantoor;
- Je hebt een perfecte kennis van het Frans, Nederlands en Engels (geschreven en gesproken).
- Je hebt een perfecte kennis van online kantoorautomatiseringstools zoals Office Pack;
- Je bent zeer georganiseerd en begrijpt het belang van deadlines;
- Je hebt een scherp gevoel voor service en vertrouwelijkheid en bent uiterst grondig;
- Je bent flexibel en werkt goed in teamverband;
- Je kunt zelfstandig en proactief werken en je kunt meerdere taken tegelijk aan.
