Lean Manager

We are looking for a **Lean Manager**to join our team at SII Belgium **.**In this role, you will lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, helping teams increase efficiency, reduce waste, and embed a culture of operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize processes and support the delivery of high-impact projects in a variety of technical environments.

**Your Mission**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate Lean and continuous improvement programs across business units and project teams;
- Map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and co-develop solutions with stakeholders to improve quality, speed, and cost-efficiency;
- Coach teams and managers in Lean methods and tools (Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, etc.);
- Support cultural change by promoting a Lean mindset, empowering teams, and creating strong feedback loops;
- Collaborate with Quality, PMO, and Engineering teams to align Lean initiatives with QMS and project performance goals;
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), progress of improvement actions, and overall impact;
- Contribute to the design and implementation of operational standards and best practices;
- Develop training content and facilitate workshops, learning sessions, and cross-team knowledge sharing;Ensure alignment between day-to-day initiatives and the long-term strategy for operational excellence.

**Your Profile**

You are a change agent with strong interpersonal skills, hands-on experience in process improvement, and a pragmatic, collaborative approach.
- Master degree in Industrial Management, Quality or any other relevant field;
- 5+ years of experience in a Lean, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement role, preferably in an engineering, manufacturing, or high-tech environment;
- Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, tools, and best practices;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Experience working in a regulated or standards-driven environment (e.g., AS9100, ISO9001);
- Background in quality, project management, or systems engineering;
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is a plus.
- Fluent in **English**; working knowledge of **French**and/or **Dutch**is a strong asset.
