As the Restaurant Supervisor you are responsible for the daily operation of our restaurant at the Moxy Brussels City Centre.
- You will manage and dispatch work among associates in the restaurant and at the bar
- You will lead by example and keep a good team spirit at all time
- You will ensure that guests have an experience that exceeds their expectations by delivering a caring and professional service in a relaxed and stylish environment
- You will actively and visibly participate in the daily operations, you are not scared to multitask and help your colleagues
- You will proactively build long term relationships with guests and key partners
- You will have the opportunity to train and shape a well-functioning team
- You will train and motivate employees so that they handle alcohol responsibly, follow HACCP standards and serve according to agreed service procedures
- You will monitor the quality of the overall guest experience and act as a model to always keep high standards of professionalism and service
ABOUT YOU
- Teamwork oriented with an open personality and positive attitude
- Leader with attention to service, detail and quality
- Extensive experience in leading positions within hotel, restaurant or meeting business
- Broad knowledge and a passion of beverages and food
- Proficient user of MS Office and hotel and restaurant systems (e.g. MICROS)
- Good knowledge of guest service
- Strong interest in upsell techniques and guest experience management
- International experience and training is an advantage
- Can do attitude and not scared of multitasking and handling bar operations
- Interest in beverages stock management
