**Description**:
An Agile Coach is essential to ensure the success of our bank's Agile transformation. You provide the right knowledge, tools and training to individuals and teams so that they can reach their full potential.
Transformations can only be successful if they are implemented with the right mindset and team dynamics. Therefore, you focus on the full spectrum to ensure team success: people, products and technology.
You will set up Agile standards, coach the Sales Squads and Easy Banking Centre teams and measure their agility level. You will also support the Scrum Master in order to facilitate ceremonies at all levels.
**Required knowledge / Experience**:
**Business experience**:
**Mandatory**:
- You have a minimum of 4 years experience as an Agile Coach
- Experience in a Retail Banking environment.
- You are able to coach ceremonies with senior stakeholders.
- You have experience with Scaled Agile in a large and/or complex company (not only for a dozen teams but for an entire organization)
**Preferable**:
- You have experience in implementing an agile methodology in a professional environment.
- Experience in implementing Agile constructs (departments, Tribes,...) would be an asset.
**Soft Skills**:
- You are comfortable giving workshops in front of an audience of strangers and large groups You are a good communicator and aim for an optimal exchange of information and processes related to the Agile methodology

- You are enthusiastic, eager to learn and flexible.
- You radiate positivity
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
